My name is Troy van spanje. I’m a personal trainer and gym owner in Sydney Australia. Since starting on the fitness industry in 2004 my passion has been to educate and help people in the realm of health, fitness and strength training. My goal for this channel is to provide tips, motivation and follow along workouts for those who I can’t reach on my personal training studio Inpower Fitness and further pass on the knowledge I have learned from my mentors over the last 18 years. You can see my channel is ever evolving as I find new ways to educate and through experience of working with people everyday and what they want and need.
