After having spent 41 years in the Ministry, I retired from pastoring in July, 2017 to spend more time enjoying the Great Outdoors. While pastoring I could only spend a limited time hiking and backpacking in the wilderness. Whereas, now I can go on extended trips and excursions without having to rush back to fulfil my duties at church. The aim of my channel is to take you, the viewer, along with me on my backpacking and hiking trips.
