Running insights, daily uploads, good vibes. 🪓 Yowana Wamala is the founder and CEO of Supwell, helping hobby joggers everywhere put in the work. A former gym rat, he fell in love with running in 2020 when there was a nationwide shortage of public iron-pumping facilities due to COVID-19. Since, he has trained for and raced in everything from the 5k to the marathon—on asphalt and muddy single-track. He founded Supwell in 2022 to spread his enthusiasm for wellness-led performance and competitive distance running to others. Yowana lives in beautiful Mint Hill, NC with his wife and three young kids. A proud Groton zebra, he has a BA from Columbia University and an MBA at Duke University.
