My son and I made our first obstacle course in 2010 from old bric-a-brac and a washing line for the black and grey squirrels in our backyard to crack. For well over a decade my challenges for our furry friends have become bigger and more elaborate or, as my wife puts it - 'Really, this is getting out of hand!' In recent years I've themed the courses and created a Squirrel Grand Prix Furmula 1 race, and even a Squirrel Olympics - The Leaptathlon consisting of 7 sporting events over 4 courses with 2 squirrels and 1 pun-filled commentary. The most recent obstacle course is my Squirrel Football - SIFA World Cup where Nutella Toone for England goes tail to tail with Dreymar da Silva Santos from Brazil.
